Our message is straightforward. Giving to our community simply
makes sense.
We are fortunate in being able to contribute. You can't take
it with you, so the best alternative is to put it to good
use while you are here.
While we contribute financially and otherwise to various
charities, we feel a particular obligation to support the
Jewish community. Honey's own experience reinforces this feeling.
Honey and her parents were brought to Canada by Jewish Immigrant
Aid Services shortly after the Holocaust.
The key question for us is how to make sure that our resources
are put to the best use for the community. We know that UJA
Federation is the right choice to help make those decisions.
